As part of the Grand Diplomatic North-South Conferences initiated by ACECI, the third edition will mark the launching of a North-South solidarity collective in favor of a poverty reduction law in the countries of the South.

The program (to be reviewed):       

In the XXIst century context, a poverty reduction law is needed to:

Reaffirm the elementary principle of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Accelerate the implementation of the MDGs

Create a legal framework, ensuring appropriation and harmonisation in the spirit of the Paris declaration

-
Compel the national and international decision makers to take into account the human factor in their development funding policies.

-
Declare unlawful all socio-economic factors generating poverty throughout the world.

-
Encourage innovating development initiatives

-
Strengthen leadership of the countries of the South
