CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL

Aminou SAKA :
When he founded SERT in 1979, Saka Aminou only had in mind to create a bridge between the North and the South. More than 20 years later, he has succeeded beyond expectations. Not only has he created a solid enterprise, but he has also taken a large part in reducing under-development in Africa. A man from a twin culture (African and Quebecois), he has succeeded in weaving multiple narrow links between the Belle Province and the Black continent. As a real maestro, surrounded by a devoted and competent team, Aminou Saka has turned SERT into a compulsory gateway for exchanges between Africa and Quebec. The numerous projects he has initiated and brought to a good end with remarkable success make him a privileged resource person for both businessmen from Quebec and African communities. Not only is he the chairperson of a sizable company, but also a conveyor belt between two worlds that have been ignoring one another for a long time. In his own way, Aminou Saka is a visionary and a pioneer who has opened so many roads and routes, at the benefit of Africa and Quebec.

Jacques RACINE :
Jacques Racine is professor at the faculty of theology and sciences of religion at Laval University since 1970. He has been dean of the faculty from 1982 to 1989. Back to teaching, he is now responsible for M.B.A. courses in social and political ethics as well as business ethics. He has participated in several boards of directors in the field of education and hospital services. He has also been a member of the high council of education, and chairperson of the Commission on higher education. He presides over the Ethics Committee of the common investment fund of Laval University. He (co-)authored numerous articles and books.
