and Protection of Nature - Gabon
Ph.D. in geography from Paul Valery University in Montpellier,
France, Her Excellency Georgette KOKO specialised in
coastline management.
Professional experiences: Environment Director; Advisor
to the Minister in charge of Environment. For many years
she has been focal point for Gabon in international
climate negotiations. In January 2006 she has been appointed
Deputy-Prime Minister, Minister of Environment, Sustainable
Development and Protection of Nature

has built a long administrative and political carreer.
She was reelected Senator in the Second Legislature.
